I had the pleasure of meeting Lana Marvelle while visiting Naples. As her client, I experienced her to be of the highest level in professionalism. She not only was thorough in her research, but was dedicated in exploring the many options in the housing market that would be appropriate and fulfill my needs. Lana Webb was referred to me by a friend who had worked with her and purchased a home with Lana's help. Although I was looking for renting for the Season the following year, Lana had agreed to help me. She was so thorough with finding me places that fit my criteria included a place that would accept a per (cat). She listened to what I desired, the location and the price range. She found me a great place in Old Naples and worked with the owner/broker on the details. The unit was a total renovation and some of the permits were still outstanding. The owner/broker was less than responsive and forthcoming but Lana stayed on her as well as checked with the city of Naples to identify the outstanding permits. Lana was also on top of the tourist fees (which the owner was going to charge me more than was required), the lease, and so much more. Without Lana's experitse, professionalism and staying on top of everything, I would not have found the place I rented.

We call Lana "The Amazing Lana” because there is nothing she will not do for her clients. We have worked with a number of realtors over the years, but Lana stands out as the best of the best.
